SORTING and GRATING

Fruits are selected, sorted, and grated in order to remove essentials oils.

SQUEEZING AND PULP REMOVAL

Cold mechanical squeezing, in order to keep the natural flavors of the fresh fruit. Partial or full pulp removal in order to produce different juice types.

FILLING and CLOSING

Bottling and closing of the caps on the HDPE or PET bottles.

HIGH PRESSURE PROCESS

Bottled juice is processed with high pressure to stabilize the juice without altering its taste.

PACKING

In line printer / check weighter.
Cartonning or shrink wrapping of bottles.
