Hydrolock, a French company located in Nantes-France, has been acting for about fifty years on the market of capital goods intended for the food processing industry.
We are manufacturer of complete solutions intended to guarantee the harmlessness and the preservation of food through processes of high pressure and sterilization.
Our machines have been marketed since the 70s. Since then, we have acted through a permanent innovation by mobilizing every year Research &Development resources, thus developing solutions of high added value for major firms of food processing industries such as Nestlé, Coca Cola, Bonduelle, etc.
In the 1990s, our previous mother company ACB has been pioneer in the pascalisation. Since then, HPP machines produced through ACB conception and operating in a scale of 4000 bars for pascalisation, have produced high quality juice on the European market. Based on the ACB knowledge and know-how , our R&D teams have resumed work on the conception of a high pressure processing machine fully automated to extract juice.
Our team of engineers and project engineers develop the processes and machines to meet each client's specific needs. Our fitters, mechanics, automation experts, ...assemble all the components in our workshops in France and on site.
We have world-over clients. Our equipments are operational in about twenty countries, in central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
