There are 4 big families of juices :
- Pure juices, which are obtained by simple mechanical squeezing of fruits
- Juices from concentrated, which are obtained by recombining the juice by mixture of water and concentrated juice (obtained by evaporation)
- Nectars, which are obtained by mixing of juice, purées of fruits, water and possibly by adding some sugar , water and/or sweeteners
- The smoothies which can contain besides fruit juices, purées of fruits or other ingredients
In the pure juices family, there are juices which are squeezed under cold conditions around 4°C. This process which consists in mechanically and carefully squeeze cold fruits, allows to obtain juices which keep all their natural qualities (taste, nutriments, vitamins, color, consistency etc.). It is the process which provides juices with the best quality called the premium juices.

To allow these premium juices to preserve their natural qualities as long as possible while increasing their Best-before date, our solution of pascalisation Steribar HPP is a smart choice.
Steribar HPP uses a high-pressure processing solution. It does not degrade the quality of juices contrary to the heat treatments which can distort some components (proteins, vitamins) or taste and color. The processing by cold high pressure (hpp) maintains fruit juices with characteristics comparable to the fresh products.
